All drivers monitor the scheduled landing/departing times and subject delays to ensure punctuality. The appointed drivers contact details will be exchanged with the customers prior to the transfer to avoid any setbacks.
Our ‘Meet and greet’ service can be arranged when booking, the driver will be waiting with a board of the designated name given by the customer/company at the arrivals terminal.
We offer a proficient and personal service to our entire customer base; our drivers are experienced in meeting individual needs, whilst providing excellent customer service. All our drivers are fully licenced through a government regulated council, driver's credentials are of vital importance. Each driver's credentials i.e. passport, driving licence, driving history; criminal/convictions are all checked and verified. Current enhanced DBS (or old CRB) are a perquisite of joining our company. Coventry Executive Cars assesses every driver’s abilities in communication, numeracy, road knowledge, driving skills and a medical examination. Private hire badges are renewed annually; as a company we bimonthly check our driver’s documents. All vehicles licenced in are also subject to stringent compliance testing before an annual inspection certificate is granted.
